Warranty

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Warranty support at SR Global Motors is designed to provide clear expectations and fair resolution paths based on part condition, supplier policy, and order terms.

1. Coverage Scope

Warranty coverage differs by part condition and supplier:

  • New parts: generally include standard manufacturer or supplier warranty.
  • Refurbished parts: include limited functional coverage per listing terms.
  • Used parts: coverage may be limited and based on grade and supplier policy.

2. What Is Usually Covered

  • Verified defects in material or workmanship.
  • Functional failure under normal intended use.
  • Confirmed mismatch where platform/supplier data is materially incorrect.

3. Common Exclusions

  • Improper installation or unsupported installation environment.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear for consumable components.
  • Labor costs unless explicitly included in written warranty terms.

4. Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, provide order reference, part number, vehicle details, issue description, and supporting photos or diagnostics. Our team will coordinate supplier review and provide a resolution path.

5. Resolution Outcomes

Depending on claim validation and policy terms, resolution may include replacement, partial or full refund, repair support, or alternative sourcing.

6. Final Terms

Order-specific warranty terms listed on your quote, invoice, and product details take precedence for each transaction.

7. Claim Time Window

Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period shown in your order documents. Delayed submissions outside the coverage window may not be eligible.

8. Inspection Requirements

Some claims require supplier or technical inspection before approval. Users may be asked to provide additional evidence, return the part for evaluation, or follow structured verification steps.

9. Transferability

Unless explicitly stated, warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and original order reference. Transferability between owners or organizations may be restricted by supplier policy.

10. Related Costs

Associated costs such as labor, diagnostics, towing, downtime, or secondary incidental expenses are not automatically included unless specifically documented in written warranty terms.
